Need to change an appointment you’ve made? Here’s how

Changing an existing appointment is as easy as when booking online, but how to do so may not be as readily apparent. So here’s what to do:

Clients may manage their appointment from the “Manage my appointment” button on the bottom of their confirmation email. They may also choose to create a Customer Center account in GenBook which would allow them to use a log in to manage their appointments.

– Go to a recent appointment confirmation email you received.
– Click “Manage my Appointment”.
– On the next page, click “View my history of appointments”.
– Create a login when prompted.

Please note that there is a 48 hour cancelation policy so any cancelations that are made less than 48 hours before the appointment cannot be canceled online without incurring the late cancelation fee (which will be gladly waived if the opening can be filled on short notice). There is no fee to reschedule an appointment if it’s done at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule please call or email so your existing appointment can be canceled and a new one can be booked.
